In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

To be eligible to open and maintain a uji777 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

1. You are a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated agent) who is at least 21 years of age.
2. You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of any third party, business, or syndicate.
3. You have not previously been self-excluded from uji777 or any affiliated platform, nor are you subject to any court or administrative order restricting your ability to engage in gambling activities.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of uji777 or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.
5. You are not registering from a Prohibited Territory. uji777 reserves the right to decline registrations and close accounts at its sole discretion where access may conflict with applicable international law.

uji777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by uji777 may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) uji777 account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times. uji777 accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the Member.

Account security is your sole responsibility. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not reused across other online services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available — uji777 strongly recommends this for all Members.
• Never share your login credentials, including your username, password, or one-time passcode (OTP), with any third party.
• Notify uji777 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorization.

uji777 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Member has failed to maintain reasonable security practices. However, uji777 will cooperate fully with any investigation into unauthorized account activity and will take appropriate action to secure affected accounts.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, uji777 will require the Member to complete a KYC verification process. This typically requires submission of a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National ID card / KTP, passport, or driving license) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document dated within the last three months). uji777 may also request selfie verification or additional documentation at its discretion.

All financial transactions on uji777 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). uji777 does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are currently supported:

Deposits are generally credited to the Member's account within minutes of confirmation from the relevant bank or e-wallet provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. uji777 does not accept cash deposits or third-party transfers made on behalf of the Member.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible, as part of uji777's anti-money laundering (AML) controls. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 for e-wallets and Rp 100.000 for bank transfers. Standard processing time is within 15 minutes during normal operating hours; complex cases or those requiring additional verification may take longer.

All funds deposited into a uji777 account must be sourced from payment instruments legitimately owned and registered in the Member's name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. uji777 may request documentation to verify the source of funds where large deposits or unusual transaction patterns are detected.

uji777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which supplement — and in the event of conflict, supersede — these general Bonus Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be turned over a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
2. Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the promotional window, and bonus balances that have not met their Wagering Requirement within the stated validity period, will be automatically forfeited without notice.
3. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Certain bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated from bonus funds. This cap is stated on the relevant promotion page.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, Members may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses may result in cancellation of all active bonuses without compensation.
5. Abuse Prevention: uji777 uses automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies employed specifically to clear wagering requirements, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances voided and may be subject to permanent suspension.
6. Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Members who satisfy the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all wagering conditions have been met.

uji777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Member has already opted in, uji777 will endeavour to honour the terms as stated at the time of opt-in where operationally feasible.

Specific rules governing individual sports markets, casino games, poker variants, and other wagerable products are published in the relevant product sections of the uji777 platform. These product-specific rules form part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall take precedence.

The following general betting rules apply across all uji777 product verticals:

• All wagers are final once confirmed by the platform. Cancellation of placed bets is not permitted except in circumstances expressly provided for in the product-specific rules (such as the voiding of an event).
• uji777 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at an erroneously quoted price due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human input mistake. Members will be notified, and any relevant funds will be returned to their account balance.
• uji777 reserves the right to limit the stake amount on any individual wager or series of wagers, particularly for Members identified as professional or advantage bettors, without being required to provide a reason for such limitation.

• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the result recorded in the uji777 system shall be considered final, subject to the right of the Member to lodge a formal complaint as described in the Complaints section of the Help Centre.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the uji777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of all balances, including real-money funds, depending on the severity and nature of the violation:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with casino games on your behalf.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players or third parties, or any form of coordinated manipulation of game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or loopholes in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any such advantage gained must be reported immediately to uji777 support; failure to do so will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any other illegal financial activity. uji777 actively monitors transactions and cooperates with relevant authorities in relation to suspected financial crime.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Member's account without that Member's explicit consent.
• Using the platform in any way that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the experience of other Members or the normal operation of the uji777 infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at uji777 staff, support agents, or other Members via any communication channel.

All content on the uji777 platform — including but not limited to the uji777 brand name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, software, source code, database architecture, game content licensed from third-party studios, graphic design, written content, marketing materials, and any other original works — is the exclusive intellectual property of uji777 or its respective licensors.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the uji777 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant Members any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any uji777 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any uji777 software.
• Use the uji777 name, logo, or any trademark in any context — commercial or non-commercial — without explicit written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the uji777 platform for any purpose.

Any unauthorised use of uji777's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may expose the infringing party to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

uji777 is committed to protecting the personal data of its Members. The collection, storage, processing, and sharing of your personal data are governed by the uji777 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside this document.

By registering a uji777 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of:

• Account creation, management, and security.
• Payment processing, fraud prevention, and AML compliance.
• KYC verification and identity screening.

• Losses arising from a Member's failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.

Nothing in these Terms limits uji777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. In jurisdictions where the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of incidental or consequential damages is not permitted, uji777's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In any event, uji777's aggregate liability to any individual Member for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

uji777 offers the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from the Member account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your uji777 account. Limits take effect immediately when decreased, and increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the platform.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified timeframe.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account remains open but you cannot log in or place wagers.
